Layan & Ambil Pesanan

- Sambut pelanggan dengan vibe positif, ambil pesanan tepat (kaunter/kiosk), dan cadangkan menu best untuk pengalaman yang wow.

Urus Pembayaran Dengan Pantas & Tepat

- Kendalikan transaksi tunai, kad, atau e-wallet dengan jujur dan bertanggungjawab, pastikan kaunter sentiasa kemas.

Tingkatkan Jualan -

Senyum, berinteraksi mesra, dan bantu pelanggan pilih menu kegemaran mereka supaya mereka nak datang lagi!

Pastikan Restoran Sentiasa Ready & Bersih

- Susun kaunter, refill sos & tisu, laporkan masalah peralatan, dan kekalkan kebersihan ruang makan ikut standard.

Cipta Pengalaman Pelanggan Yang Best

- Layan pelanggan dengan mesra, ambil pesanan tepat, urus pembayaran dengan jujur, dan pastikan vibe restoran sentiasa positif.

Kuasa Menu & Promosi

- Kenali setiap item dalam menu, fahami isu alergen, dan galakkan pelanggan beri rating positif di Google untuk tingkatkan reputasi restoran.

Kerjasama Pasukan Hebat

-Bekerjasama dengan crew dapur dan rakan sekerja untuk pastikan servis lancar, sertai sesi latihan, dan bantu tugas belakang kaunter bila perlu.

Sedia Hadapi Cabaran

- Sokong tugasan ad-hoc, projek khas, dan kekal fleksibel untuk bantu keutamaan perniagaan seperti audit atau event dalaman.

Faedah yang diterima:
