• Minimum SPM level
• Fresh graduate welcome apply
• Basic proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus but not required, training will be provided.
• Able to handle or serve Pork and Alcohol
• Available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Preferable to have own transportation (eg: own a car)
• Malaysians ONLY

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet and seat guests, introduce the menu, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Order Taking & Serving: Take food and beverage orders accurately, serve dishes with efficiency and attention.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure tables are cleared, reset, and maintain a tidy dining area.
• Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with menu items, including pork and alcohol offerings, to answer guest questions.
• Assist Team: Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, timely service.
• Promotions & Upselling: Recommend add-ons or promotions to enhance the dining experience.
