  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer\'s complaints.
  • Regularly review product quality, and sourcing for new vendors.
  • Daily reporting and inventory report to the Managing Director.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and Safety regulations.
  • Jointly coordinating and planning menu with Head Chef.
  • Managing and maintaining restaurant\'s image to the public and suggest ways to improve IT.
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service, and service quality.
TanggungjawabYour Role:As a member of our Service Crew, you will perform a variety of tasks that ensure our restaurant operates smoothly and our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience.Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Tasks: Carry out operational tasks required for a smooth service day and guests memorable experiences.
  • Service Setup: Ensure the restaurant is always IT-for-service - this includes but is not limited to checking the availability of food items and special menu, guest reservation status, service area setup, preparing the cash register and payment machines, housekeeping, inventory receipt and management.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, attending to their needs promptly and courteously.
  • Payment Management: Be vigilant to ensure that guests remember to pay their bills before they leave. Handling payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve all drinks and beverages as per order, ensuring quality and consistency.
Manfaat
  • Salary Range: Basic up to RM 3,000 - RM 3,500 (Full Time) / RM 11 - RM 13 per hour (Part Time)
  • Uniform provided
  • Minimum Education: experience preferred
  • Working hours: 6 days work week: 11am - 11pm (including weekends)
