- greet & serve customers with a positive and welcoming attitude
- take orders accurately and process payments
- serve beverages, pastries, or dishes (training provided)
- maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counter, and workstations
- ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times
- handle customer feedback professionally
- support team members and contribute to smooth daily operations
