Job Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take orders accurately and deliver food/drinks promptly
Assist in food preparation and table clearing when needed
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe area
Ensure guests have a pleasant and comfortable dining experience
Support teammates during busy hours
Requirements:
Previous experience in F&B is an advantage, but not required
Friendly personality with good communication skills
Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
Languages required: Basic in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
