Job Description

1. Customer Service & Guest Experience

? Greet customers warmly and assist them with game selection.
? Provide guidance on arcade machine usage, game rules, and promotions.
? Assist customers with prize redemptions and explain ticketing systems.
? Address customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints professionally.

2. Arcade Operations & Maintenance

? Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of arcade machines.
? Assist in troubleshooting minor machine malfunctions (e.g., jammed tickets, stuck game controls).
? Report technical issues to the technician or management team.
? Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade area.

3. Stock & Inventory Management

? Assist in managing

prize redemption counters

and restocking items.
? Keep track of

game tokens, tickets, and merchandise

.
? Assist in stock-taking and report low inventory levels.

4. Team Collaboration & Compliance

? Work closely with other service crew members, supervisors, and management.
? Follow

company policies and safety procedures

.
? Ensure compliance with

hygiene, cleanliness, and safety regulations

.
? Assist in setting up or supporting store events and activities.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM13.00 per hour
