- Be able to communicate with customers in English or Mandarin
- Punctual and discipline.
- Demonstrate positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Required to work on weekends and public holiday
- Deliver top quality and friendly customer servicexc2xb7
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are kept up to standardsxc2xb7
- Input orders into the POS and process payments accordinglyxc2xb7
- Handle overall operations and reports to submitxc2xb7
- Attend to customer's concerns and complaints professionally to resolve issues according to the companies' policyxc2xb7
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operationsxc2xb7
- Prepare and serve a range of premium wine, beer & spirits and non-alcoholic beveragesxc2xb7
- Possess good knowledge and understanding of the menu and be able to make recommendations
