Welcoming guests in a courteous and prompt manner and leading them to a prepared table in accordance with our seating procedures. Provide full assistance to guests concerning general queries as required Answer phone queries in a courteous and prompt manner and take in reservations with considered guests' preferences Greet incoming guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; announce waiter's name Be familiar with our menu and service procedures Inform guests of current promotions and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff Observant to guests needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies, safety and security Set and clear tables; replenish water; serve food and beverages Issue dining charges by verifying orders; calculating taxes; totaling bill for to-go orders Give all guests a friendly "Goodbye" or "Thank you" upon departure Relates all guests' comments to the manager pertaining to suggestions and complaints Participate with a positive approach towards training and daily briefing. Realize the importance of team spirit to ensure that fellow staffs are pursuing a unified standard of service

Requirements:

Pleasant personality and well groomed. Passion for providing extraordinary service Ability to communicate fluently in English. Bonus if you are multilingual. Must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests, as well as being able to understand requests for assistance Must be able to clearly communicate guests' needs to other staff Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work a variety of shifts Able to work effectively within a team

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
