Observant to guests needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service
Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies, safety and security
Set and clear tables; replenish water; serve food and beverages
Issue dining charges by verifying orders; calculating taxes; totaling bill for to-go orders
Give all guests a friendly "Goodbye" or "Thank you" upon departure
Relates all guests' comments to the manager pertaining to suggestions and complaints
Participate with a positive approach towards training and daily briefing. Realize the importance of team spirit to ensure that fellow staffs are pursuing a unified standard of service
