Requirements

• Friendly, positive attitude with good customer service skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic communication skills (English/BM)
• Willing to work on weekends/shift hours
• No experience needed-training provided
• Responsible, punctual, and a team player

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with a warm, friendly attitude
• Scoop and serve gelato efficiently and accurately
• Provide information about flavors and assist customers in choosing their favorites
• Handle cash and card payments with accuracy
• Prepare and cook waffles and cones according to standard recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gelato display, kitchen, and shop area
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
