Requirements
Qualifications:

• SPM or equivalent; additional customer service or food handling training is a plus.
• Must be able to speak and understand basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic food handling certification is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and orders.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Taking:

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Provide friendly, fast, and courteous service at all times.
• Upsell menu items and promotions when possible.
• Keep the counter clean and organized.

Cashiering & Payment Handling:

• Operate POS system and handle payments (cash, card, e-wallet) accurately.
• Ensure honesty and responsibility in all cash transactions.

Cleanliness & Hygiene:

• Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining area, and equipment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist in cleaning tasks as per the schedule.

Store Readiness & Teamwork:

• Help with opening and closing duties, including setup and restocking.
• Cooperate with team members and support kitchen operations when needed.
