Job Description
- Fresh graduate / Candidate having an experience as waiter or waitress in F&B field is an advantage.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English, any other language is a plus.
- Polite, responsible and customer service oriented.
- Have good work ethics, initiative and willingness to learn.
- Warm and cheerful personality.
- Able to communicate well with customers.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- 6 days work week.
- Responsible to take food orders from customers.
- Responsible to ensure all customer orders is served
- Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs.
- Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including all tables and chairs
- Deliver good customer service to all customers
- Follow SOP on food & beverage preparation and order system.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations.
- Minimise wastage and spoilage of food ingredients.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
