- Excellent Customer Service
- Good command of spoken English
- Pleasant, friendly, cheerful and able to work under pressure and in a high-volume environment
- No experience/ At least 1 year of experience working in customer service or relevant experience in F&B
Job Summary
The Service Crew / Senior Service Crew is responsible for taking customers' orders, answering questions, and making recommendations on menu items, preparation and serving food/beverages to customers, and performing cashiering duties.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- To provide excellent customer service to guests in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring diners a pleasant dining experience.
- Upsell promotional items.
- Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
- Maintain day to day outlet cleanliness.
- Execute any other duties as assigned.
