Responsibilities

• Customer Service:

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently.
• Attend to customers\' needs and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Food and Beverage Service:

• Ensure all food and beverages are served in a timely manner and presented according to restaurant standards.
• Assist with the preparation of food items and beverages as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
• Cash Handling:

• Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions responsibly.
• Provide correct change and issue receipts to customers.
• Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with kitchen staff and other service crew members to ensure smooth operations.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and assist in other areas as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene:

• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Perform regular cleaning tasks, including wiping down tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining restroom cleanliness.
• Follow all halal food handling and preparation guidelines.
