Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.
• Assist customers with seating arrangements and explain buffet procedures.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, including clearing tables.
• Refill buffet stations and ensure food presentation meets company standards.
• Handle cashier duties, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Assist in setting up and closing duties, including restocking supplies.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Perform other related duties as required by outlet manager
