Greet Customers and direct them to a table.
Plan table arrangement; set-up and clear tables where required
Ensure prompt and courteous service to Customers at all times
Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace.
Prepare MIS-en-place at side station before operations
Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area on a regular basis
Be familiar with the menu
Ensure compliance with established service standards.
Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
Maintain workplace safety and health policies and procedures.
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your superiors from time to time.
