Job Description

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner. Take food and beverage orders, providing recommendations and answering customer inquiries.

Order Fulfillment:

Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to customer tables. Monitor dining areas to ensure customers have everything they need.

Cash Handling:

Operate cash registers or point-of-sale systems to process customer payments. Provide change and receipts to customers, handling cash transactions securely.

Menu Knowledge:

Have a thorough understanding of the menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special offerings. Inform customers about daily specials, promotions, and discounts.

Upselling:

Encourage upselling by recommending additional items or special dishes. Promote dessert, beverage, or other add-on sales to enhance the overall customer experience.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing tables, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring a tidy environment. Assist with routine cleaning tasks and adhere to sanitation guidelines.

Customer Engagement:

Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and handle feedback professionally. Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Adherence to Policies:

Follow company policies, procedures, and standards related to food safety, hygiene, and customer service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
