Manage takeaway and dine-in orders efficiently.
Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to cafe standards.
Maintain cleanliness of the service counter, dining area, and workstations.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., proper handwashing, use of gloves).
Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, milk, pastries, cakes, and other supplies.
Report low stock items to the manager/supervisor.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented.
Prior experience in a cafe or F&B setting is an advantage (not required).
