• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or arcade operations is an advantage but not required.
• Energetic, approachable, and able to interact well with customers of all ages.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and fun environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills

ResponsibilitiesStorekeeper

• Receive, check, and store incoming goods in designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch according to company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the system.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
• Assist in coordinating deliveries and shipments.
• Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Service Crew

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and engaging manner.
• Guide customers on game operations, promotions, and arcade rules.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade area.
• Assist in loading and refilling game machines with tokens, tickets, or prizes.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Monitor and troubleshoot minor arcade machine issues; escalate major issues to the technical team.
• Ensure safety and proper customer behavior within the arcade.
• Support event setups, promotions, and marketing activities as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Assist in daily opening and closing duties of the arcade.
