• Passion for Japanese cuisine and a genuine desire to provide exceptional hospitality

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. Greet guests with a warm smile, assist with seating, and address any inquiries or requests promptly and courteously.
• Order Taking: Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our restaurant's ordering system. Ensure that orders are correctly relayed to the kitchen and bar to maintain smooth operations.
• Table Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including resetting tables, refilling water glasses, and ensuring that condiments are well-stocked. Monitor the dining room for any spills or messes and promptly address them.
• Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, including descriptions of dishes and beverage options. Be prepared to make recommendations to guests based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow service crew members, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless coordination and teamwork. Communicate effectively to ensure that guest needs are met efficiently and promptly.
