Service Crew Supervisor (kuching)
Job Description
Job Requirements:
Minimum SPM and above
Able to communicate in Malay & Mandarin (English will be an added advantage)
Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in a similar field
Job Details:
Able to train new service crews to serve customers professionally
Able to manage a group of minimum 5 service crews
Able to assist with and resolve customers\' needs or concerns
Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
Able to collaborate with other leaders and the management effectively
Benefits & Remunerations:
Gross Salary: min. RM2,200 depending on experience and capabilities
Overtime and Public Holidays rate adhere to S\'wak Employment Act
