is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Service Crew members to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

As part of our front-of-house team, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring guests receive attentive service, a warm welcome, and a seamless dining experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently. Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about dishes and beverages. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Handle payment transactions and issue receipts. Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Adhere to company policies, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

Previous F&B or hospitality experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. Team player with strong work ethics and attention to detail. Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
