Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare food and beverages, including coffee and pastries, in accordance with standard operating procedures Deliver friendly customer service to the customers Handle cashier duties, including processing payments via cash, card, or e-wallet, with proficiency in using POS systems Use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and up sell to customers Restock needed supplies, notify leader when inventory levels begin to run low Keep the work areas, like food preparation areas, customer areas are always clean and organized Maintain good attendance and punctuality Fulfil any other duties assigned by outlet leader
