Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist them in seating

or complaints and communicate to the Supervisor or Person In Charge when
necessary.

Customer Order
Input orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Ensure that food & beverage is presented properly before serving to customers
Handle take-away and delivery orders as necessary
Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service
Prepare and serve beverage, bread and dessert according to the standard recipe and
procedure.
3)
Table Setting
Set Up tables with cutleries and order list before serve food and drink.
Clear tables after customer finish their meal and ensure utensils are removed as well.
Upon customer payment, clean and sanitize the table. Ensuring the table, chair, floor is clean and ready for next customer.
4)
Hygiene and Cleanliness
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations
Ensure that all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations
Help with cleaning duties at the end of each shift, including wiping down tables,
sweeping and mopping the floor.
Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked bar at all times.
Assist in opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.
Follow all health, safety and sanitation procedures.
5)
Teamwork
Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service
and to meet our Service Time.
Assist other team members during busy periods, including helping in other sections as needed
6)
Cashier & Reservation Handling
Accurately process cash, credit and mobile transactions using the POS system and
payment terminal provided.
Handle refunds, exchanges, and resolve minor customer issue promptly and politely.
All refund or customer issue to seek advice and approval from shift PIC on duty.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and front counter area.
Answer phone call professionally and take reservation & orders when needed.
Telephone etiquette and reservation to follow company standard.

Strong communication, interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and teamwork with other members.
Attention to details and a proactive attitude
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks such as carrying trays and
setting up tables
Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure and work efficiently in a team.
Dependable, punctual and flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends,
and holidays
Honest and accurate in handling every payment transaction by customer.
