• Any prior experience serving wine and a strong understanding of different wine varieties is a plus, but it\'s not required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
• Friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working till Midnight and able to travel to Mont Kiara.
• Experience in the F&B industry is an added advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for creating positive experiences.
• Require to consume wine as tasting process upon request of guests.

• Provide expert advice and recommendations on wine selections to customers.
• Assist customers in making informed decisions based on their preferences and occasions.
• Conduct tastings and educate customers on various wine varieties, regions, and food pairings.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized wine section, ensuring a visually appealing display.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and uphold the store\'s high standards.
