Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

Greet customers warmly and assist with orders. Ensure accurate order taking and delivery. Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently.

Food & Beverage Handling

Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards. Ensure food safety, hygiene, and proper handling at all times. Replenish stock and supplies when necessary.

Outlet Operations

Assist in cashiering duties (operating POS system, handling cash/transactions). Support smooth workflow during peak hours. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Cleanliness & Hygiene

Maintain cleanliness of the outlet, dining area, and workstations. Wash and sanitize utensils, equipment, and surfaces. Dispose of waste properly and keep outlet organized.

Teamwork & Compliance

Work closely with team members to achieve daily targets. Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and grooming standards. Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent. Experience in F&B/service industry is an advantage (training will be provided). Pleasant personality with good communication skills. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Team player, proactive, and willing to learn.

Customer-oriented and friendly attitude. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and communication skills. Strong sense of responsibility and discipline.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
