Greet / Welcome customers and presenting them with our Food & Beverage Menus
To take orders, prepare, and serve according to customers specifications or orders.
Have an in-depth knowledge of the menu, which includes the ingredients, preparation methods of the dishes.
Set up and maintain the restaurants, including table settings and cleanliness according to the restaurant standards.
Ensure the restaurant cleanliness at all times.
To check on customers' satisfaction during and/or after meals.
Monitor and address customers' needs throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
Work closely with kitchen team to ensure seamless service and address any issues promptly and calmly.
Handle all customer inquiries and resolve any concerns with a positive and solutions-oriented approach.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
