Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service to guests.
Serve food and drinks according to company standards and hygiene practices.
Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and maintained throughout service.
Assist in preparing beverages or simple food items when required.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently, referring to supervisors when necessary.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining area, service counters, and utensils.
Support other team members during peak hours to maintain smooth operations.
Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Job Requirements:
Malaysian citizen or valid work permit holder.
Preferably with
experience in F&B or customer service
; training will be provided for fresh candidates.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work
shift hours, weekends, and public holidays
.
Physically fit, presentable, and with a positive working attitude.
Team player and willing to learn.
