Job requirement for SERVICE CUM SALES TEAM LEADER

1. Strong leadership and people management skills to lead the front-of-house service team in delivering excellent customer service

2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

3. Sales-driven mindset with ability to motivate team towards targets.

4. Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

5. Friendly, positive, and confident in engaging with customers.

6. Neat and professional appearance.

7. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

8. Basic social media or marketing knowledge.
