We are looking for someone with:
Experience in providing excellent customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical, problem solving and solutioning skills
A capacity for constant learning from both success and failure
Open to change and continuous improvement
Available for a contract duration of 2 years (negotiable)
On the job you will:
Answer all contacts efficiently in a professional and courteous manner in the agreed languages, as applicable
Address Service Requests and Incidents or escalate to a 2nd line analyst or the resolving teams
Record all the Supplier-performed steps to address an Incident or Service Request Return Calls, troubleshooting, procedural follow up as agreed to address Incidents and Service Requests in scope
Handle Incidents and Service Requests according to Manulife\xe2\x80\x99s assigned priorities Search and update work
Update create new Work procedures as per the Knowledge Management process of Manulife
Document new SOP/Procedures for Service Desk Support
