Description of Services

Manages day-to-day deal operation and assumes responsibility for all service levels to be delivered to the customer. Manages revenue forecasting, expense/cost targets for all service delivery requirements, and monitors deal P&L performance to ensure overall profitability of the deal. Supports Total Customer Experience (TCE) management and achieves customer satisfaction targets. Manages high-risk projects, leads cross-functional teams, and implements corrective actions. Identifies revenue opportunities, ensures policy compliance, and contributes to organizational goals and initiatives. Drives cross-organization optimization efforts, leads knowledge management strategies, and enhances customer engagement processes. Creates and executes the account business plan and customer success plan. Addresses customer escalations and related communications in a timely and proactive manner. Acts as a trusted advisor while sharing industry-specific subject matter expertise with the customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

Good communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation). Mastery in English and local language, as well as other languages as required. Intermediate knowledge of internal processes and policies. Understanding of local legal compliance issues. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good teamwork skills. Intermediate time management skills. Project management skills. Adaptable with initiative and a growth mindset.
