Service Delivery Technical Manager - Drilling and Completion Fluids

Our Drilling Fluids business provides intelligent, connected technologies to support, monitor and control drilling processes. We provide innovative solutions across multiple geographies. Providing customers with the excellent solutions needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.
Partner with the best
You\'ll ensure flawless execution by leading a team focused on technical job planning, job optimization and on-demand support. You\'ll be accountable for the service delivery performance within Drilling & Completions Fluids and service delivery productivity. You\'ll works in close collaboration with the various Service Delivery Managers within the region to drive consistency and execution excellence
As a Service Delivery Technical Manager - Drilling and Completion Fluids, you will be responsible for:

• 
  Working closely with Service Delivery Managers to understand activity forecast and verify appropriate resources to enable flawless execution and on-time delivery
• Participating in local business performance reviews meeting with key accounts and high impact incident response with local customers
• Ensuring transactional discipline and adoption of managing the job cycle process and content
• Ensuring trained and competent personnel to perform each activity
• Identifying any gaps in local capabilities and develop improvement plans. Executing remote operations and/or multi-skilling strategy to drive service delivery productivity
• Assigning technical job planning and support resources to work with Service Delivery Coordinator to develop job programs in
  line with requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

• 
  Have Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering or scientific discipline or relevant industry experience within product line
• Have a minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Have excellent leadership, good interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
• Be able to manage, develop, coach and mentor teams across organizational boundaries
• Be able to work in a global matrix organization
• Be able to understand of Profit / Lost and technical job planning requirements
