Is it you, we\'re looking for?You are responsible for (but not limited to):Provide Tier 1 technical support to remote usersSupport on end-user computing (Anti-Virus & Security Patch deployment and reporting)Active Directory administrationEmail administrationTechnical support on mobile devices and remote VPN accessSoftware licenses and hardware inventory managementWork with vendors to provide computer hardware maintenance supportPerform duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor or senior managementTo succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceUniversity degree in the field of Information Technology preferred.3 to 5 years of direct work experience in end-user computing support.Ideally, the candidate should be certified as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or other relevant courses.Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System and PC applications.Knowledge of Active Directory and O365 Email AdministrationStrong problem-solving skills.Attention to detail, efficient in follow-throughs.Ability to communicate with all levels of management and outside parties in a non-technical language.The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.Experienced in providing simple user trainingThe ability to converse & write in Mandarin & Cantonese is a MUST.Excellent spoken and written English is an added advantage.What\'s in It for You?
