Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma , Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Certificate in IT related field or equivalent Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English Fresh graduate is welcome to apply Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment Posses Own transport

Responsibility



Handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to emails and tickets, and direct callers to the right expert. Contact and deal with PIC (Person in Charge) for deployment schedule. Check the data master list prior to deployment. Perform general office duties such as data entry and data supply management. Provide administrative support to project managers and supervisors. Compile and prepare documents for deployment schedule and reports after deployment. Key in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) data into the system. Check and verify UAT in the system.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
