Job Title: Service Desk Analyst (English + Japanese) Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Expectations from the Role Should possess good communication skills Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues, printer installations, AD, Exchange, Office365, Hardware issues, Wireless issues. Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have Strong English & Japanese Communication and inter personal skills. Should have good experience in troubleshooting hardware issues for both desktops and laptops. Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues, printer installations, AD, Exchange, Hardware issues etc.. Should have experience in Active Directory, Office365 and Desktop troubleshooting Hands on experience on OS troubleshooting skills Hands on experience on VMware and VDI troubleshooting. Good knowledge of ITIL Life Cycle phases - Mandatory Flexible to work in shifts 24X7 Good-to-Have MCP & ITIL Foundation / Intermediate Certification JLPT N1 / N2 Level Certification Thank you for your interest in applying for this position with TCS.
