The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Analytical skills and attention to detail Customer Support and Customer Service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in IT or help desk support is preferred Experience in using helpdesk and ticketing systems is an added advantage.
