Job Purpose 1. To provide technical assistance to users through phone, emails of fax 2. To provide 1st level support and troubleshooting. 3. To log problems onto HPSM. 4. To submit daily, weekly and monthly helpdesk report to team leader 5. To maintain customer focus in all areas at all times. 6.
