The Service Desk Development program focuses on bringing ambitious career focused individuals into the Global IT organization with the primary goals of developing future IT leaders. The program gives new hires the ability to work with all of PPG's employees as part of our 24x7x365 Service Desk. New hires will utilize the ITIL methodology best practices of Incident, Problem and Knowledge Center support as they provide customers with support about IT services. This is a fully work from home position with the ability to work out of a Regional Technology Center office on an as needed basis. Candidates need to be able to fluently speak and write in English.
