Service Desk Engineer
An established Swiss Based Company is looking for Service Desk Engineer with an innovative mindset to join their team.Key Responsibilities for Service Desk Engineer

• Offer front-line technical support to employees by handling incidents and requests through internal ITSM software.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for Service Desk support and assist Level II with more complex issues.
• Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Lotus Notes, and a range of third-party applications (browsers, Windows operating systems).
• Provide troubleshooting and support for PCs, laptops, peripherals, and network devices.
• Collaborate with Level 2 team members for advanced troubleshooting and procedural guidance.
• Manage application deployment and distribution.
• Create, update, and maintain documentation for internal procedures and user guides.
• Perform additional IT duties as assigned and contribute to the team through a collaborative approach.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology or a related field, with strong IT skills.
• Experience with Lotus Notes applications, including databases and workflows.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems.
• Skills in troubleshooting Microsoft Office applications, including Office 365.
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues, printers, mobile devices, and computer hardware.
• Strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM solutions and fluent in English.
