Your role will be responsible for promptly responding to customer inquiries, incidents and service requests, while collaborating within the GIOC team to ensure smooth task resolution.Scheduling options: 5 days on, 2 days off OR 4 days on, 3 days off \xe2\x80\x93 11pm to 7.30amIn this role, you will be playing a pivotal function in our world class customer experience:
