Job Description


We are looking for customer service-oriented personnel to provide first-level technical support through taking calls, and emails and handling the resulting incidents or Service Requests, using the incident management and request fulfillment processes, in line with Service Desk objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES: \xef\x82\xb7 Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues \xef\x82\xb7 Provide assistance by phone, email and/or chat using a ticket management system \xef\x82\xb7 Quickly and accurately determine incident scope and impact \xef\x82\xb7 Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support \xef\x82\xb7 Follow up with customers, provide guidance and see problems through to resolution \xef\x82\xb7 Follow up on tickets at pre-defined intervals until resolved \xef\x82\xb7 Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources \xef\x82\xb7 Walk customers through problem solving process \xef\x82\xb7 Update customer data and produce activity reports \xef\x82\xb7 Update the internal knowledgebase with issue resolution details \xef\x82\xb7 Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations \xef\x82\xb7 Preserve and grow on knowledge of Service Desk procedures, products and services REQUIREMENTS: \xef\x82\xb7 Open to fresh Degree graduate preferably Computer Science/Information Technology Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent \xef\x82\xb7 Candidate who possess a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma \xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia \xef\x82\xb7 Hardworking and willing to learn new knowledge \xef\x82\xb7 Good troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills \xef\x82\xb7 Good interpersonal and customer care skills \xef\x82\xb7 Good analytical and problem-solving skills \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to deal with difficult callers \xef\x82\xb7 Willing to work in 24/7 shift environment \xef\x82\xb7 Possess own transport
