If you said yes to the following then this is the only job for you!In this position you will be using your skills with service desk to support the China/Taiwanese region with their IT issues ranging from hardware to software support using Team viewer to ensure that business functions can operate efficiently.You will need the following skills

  • Ability to speak mandarin
  • Prior experience with service desk work
  • Familiarity with remote access tools such as Team Viewer or Anydesk
