Job Description
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Desk Supporter to join our thriving industrial clients in Kuala Lumpur. The right candidate will have a strong interest in technology, with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Provide first level support for all IT-related issues and queries.
- Log and manage incidents in the Service Desk tool.
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure high-levels of customer service are maintained.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on company's technology and digital systems.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.
- Provide training and support to staff on IT systems when needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Service Desk function.
- A strong interest in technology and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
