Service Engineer (automation Systems)

Job Description
Location: Penangs:
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on automation systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Assist in system installation and diagnose repair faults in pneumatic and electromechanical components, including motors, actuators, sensors, and control systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits.
- Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of automation systems.
- Maintain detailed service records, including reports on maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Mechatronics and Electrical Engineering.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in servicing and maintaining pneumatic and electromechanical automation systems.
- Experience with PLC programming, control systems, sensors, motor controller.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Willingness to travel to client sites.
