Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:1. Technical Support
- Attend to customers\' technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers\' satisfaction
- Interact with customers\' technical teams to illustrate MT solutions
- Responsible for representing the service solution to customers and at field events such as troubleshooting, repair, modification, calibration, verification, etc
- Develop customer\'s staff by providing technical training.
- ISO17025 internal and external understanding.

- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field
- At least 1-2 years working experience in a Service environment
- Self-starter with a proactive approach
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- First hand understanding of technical equipment
- Stable employment conditions based on the contract of employment
- 1.5 months fixed contractual bonus
- Medical care with the dental package
