? We're Hiring: Service Engineer, Dehumidifier! ?
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team in Petaling Jaya. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in servicing dehumidifiers. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective maintenance and repair services.
? Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
? Work Mode: Work From Office | Mon - Alternate Saturday 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

What You'll Do:

• Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing of dehumidifier units and control systems at customer sites.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues on-site or remotely.
• Specialize in PLC and HMI systems configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Rockwell CCW V12, Studio 5000, and FactoryTalk Studio is an added advantage.
• Develop, modify, and fine-tune PLC and HMI programs for Rockwell AB Micro 800 Series PLC and PanelView 800 HMI.
• Working knowledge of Rockwell PowerFlex 523/525 Series VFDs is an added advantage.
• Support PLC, HMI, and VFD-related maintenance or fault rectification activities.
• Conduct performance verification and ensure systems operate within design parameters (temperature, humidity, dew point, etc.).
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers during service visits or breakdown calls.
• Prepare and submit service reports, maintenance records, and feedback forms after every site visit.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams for technical solutions, parts replacement, and continuous improvement.
• Attend to emergency service calls, shutdown maintenance, and scheduled inspections as required.

? Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and dehumidification technologies.

? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
? Effective communication skills with customers and colleagues.
Remuneration
Basic Salary: RM4,000 - RM5,500
