Service Engineer (electronics/telecommunication Field)

Job Description


  • Academic Qualifications: Degree in Electronics Engineering/ Mechatronic Engineering
  • Working experience in electronic controls for engines & turbines or power quality analysis background
  • Experience in telecommunication field will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willing to travel to any location within Malaysia or overseas at short notice
Responsibilities
  • To provide technical support to workshop and customer in relation to power management controls, electronic governor system, control panel etc.
  • Liaise and coordinate with customer on various aspect and stages of work.
  • Assist in sales calls and presentation planning & scheduling
  • To ensure that all correct procedures are observed in the course of duty.
  • Consultation service to customers on product configuration and application
  • To collect data and market intelligence for business analysis and decision making.
  • To take charge of technical proposal/involvement in projects.
  • To undertake field service jobs which involve troubleshooting or installing customer equipment when required.
  • To identify, suggest and improve on areas of weakness that may be present in the course of work. To comply to QMS & OHSAS requirements.
  • To perform any other job as and when requested by Manager
  • Involve in preparation of quotation for hardware sales, field service and tender proposal
