Service Engineer Kitchen Equipment, Hvac
Job Description
Install, commission, and test commercial kitchen equipment at customer sites.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair breakdowns efficiently and effectively.
Provide technical support and training to customers on proper equipment use.
Maintain service records, reports, and parts usage documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during service work.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address client needs.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling kitchen equipment, spare parts, accessories and related equipment during service visits.
Monitor spare parts inventory and support ordering processes when required.
Respond to emergency service requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in equipment servicing, preferably in food service, commercial kitchen, or HVAC industries.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical wiring, mechanical systems, and troubleshooting.
Preferable hands-on experience with kitchen equipment, refrigeration, or gas systems.
Candidate with valid gas license will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and travel to client sites when required.
Possess valid driving license and own transport.
Reporting to HQ location at Jalan Raja Abdullah off Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur.
Basic + transport & phone allowance + mileage claim + OT claim
13 months salary / year + performance bonus
Medical claims max RM100/month
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
