Service Engineer

Job Description
- Performs a variety of routine service activities either in the workshop or outstation at customer site.
- Responsible for providing troubleshooting, repairing, planning of technical / mechanical equipment failures either in workshop or customer site.
- Assess and responds to situations using standard procedures in isolation and fixing problem equipment.
- Completion of all required reporting of service work performed, and other reports as set forth by the Service Manager.
- Answer the customer enquiry, handling customer\'s request or complaint, and feed-back customer on timely manner.
- 2-3 years relevant technica experiences
- Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering
- Good oral and written communication skills in local language and understand/speak English.
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel outstation.
