Working Hours: From 0800 am to 1700 pm (Weekdays), From 0800 am to 1230 pm (Weekend)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
Possession of a valid Class D driving license
Strong technical knowledge in hydraulic, engine, and electrical systems
Able to work independently and travel to sites when necessary
Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage, especially for communicating with China-based manufacturers and suppliers.
Job Scopes :
Manage Workshop Operations: Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and scheduling of all workshop activities.
Team & Resource Coordination: Allocate manpower, supervise job progress, and provide technical guidance to ensure efficient operations.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of maintenance reports, work orders, equipment histories, and warranty records in line with SANY procedures.
Performance & Budget Management: Monitor workshop KPIs, control repair/maintenance budgets, and support staff training needs.
Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate service activities across East Malaysia and liaise with customers and China manufacturers for technical support.
