Duties & Responsibilities

• Providing after-sales service for Yokogawa\'s range of products, such as Distributed Control System (DCS), Safety System and Cyber Security Solutions.
• Attending to daily service calls from customers and performing scheduled maintenance services as per Annual Maintenance Contracts.
• Able to handle commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of Distributed Control System (DCS) at site.
• Supporting service sales to enhance the service business.
• Working experience in a similar field will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Process Control Instrumentation or DCS system and any related software will be and added advantage.
• Willing to travel outstation as and when required.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline of Engineering.
• Proficient in verbal and written English and capable of making presentation to customer.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to perform under pressure.
• Integrity and trustworthiness to ensure full compliance with company ethics.
• Strong believer of team work with skill of influencing.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
